Terra Alpina, Pinot Grigio 2021

Terra Alpina is an ultra-sustainable biodynamic estate established in 1823 and is a true pioneer of biodynamic principals in Italy. Calling the towering peaks of the Dolomite's in the Italian Alps home, Terra Alpina wines exhibit the power, beauty and liveliness of the unique location in which they're grown. Pinot Grigio 2021 is a wonderful example of high-altitude, cool-climate winemaking. A nose of pears, apples and elderflower move to a palate which, whilst light-body, is rich & smooth; with a crisp finish which has a hint of white pepper. A great wine to enjoy as an aperitif or paired with lighter poultry dishes.
